At Paramount, we bring stories to life. Behind the scenes, our Global Business Services team ensures that everything runs smoothly, including our Purchase Order and Invoice Monitoring processes across domestic and international markets.
We are looking for an Accounts Payable Associate to join our Procure-to-Pay team in Budapest. If you enjoy analytical tasks, problem solving, and working in a dynamic international environment, this role might be for you.

What you will be doing:

• Performing fiscal and tax review of invoices
• Monitoring invoice error resolution queues and identifying root causes preventing posting
• Manually entering approved invoices when required
• Reconciling and clearing direct debit vendor accounts
• Monitoring aged PO and non-PO items
• Resolving GR/IR related issues (open POs not vouchered, missing receipts, etc.)
• Researching and recovering vendor credit balances
• Managing admin queues and ensuring timely task completion
• Providing high-quality support to internal and external stakeholders via My Paramount (Service Now)
• Communicating with various levels of management regarding open and aged invoices
• Collaborating closely with Service Management, Support, and other PTP teams

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in Finance is an advantage but not required
• ERP knowledge (SAP, Oracle) is a plus
• B2/C1 level English (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Logical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Dynamic and proactive mindset
