You will be responsible for:

• Collaboration with operational teams to facilitate the ordering, tracking and distribution required localization of content, including subtitling, dubbing, metadata and access services,

• Ingest, register, quality check and grade all ingested content including its metadata before it can be distributed,

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation, systems and trackers,

• Communicating the status of content delivery to internal and external partners as needed,

• Running audio exports and alignments,

• Onboarding third party vendors and distributors and sources content according to Paramount specs and requirements,

• Providing operational support to team or department projects as required by the supervisor,

• Assisting brands and business with creation, maintaining and packaging of all scheduling components, video files and ancillary files for various platforms and with requests for new or missing assets from external departments and regional contacts,

• Troubleshooting issues as they arise through all stages of content preparation, asset creation and delivery,

• Assisting with special, priority projects as needed to support business, internal groups, affiliates, linear and digital initiative.

We are looking for people who have:

• 2+ years of similar work experience, in Digital Media or Broadcast Media industry,

• Understanding of Microsoft Office applications,

• Ability to balance multiple and changing priorities while working in a fast paced schedule driven organization,

• Strong written and verbal communication,

• Proficient written and spoken English skills,

• Ability to handle instructions and work independently,

• Ability to fix minor operational problem,

• Excellent problem solving abilities with experience in process and quality analysis,

• Knowledge of related media operations formats and equipment, or ability to learn,

• Superior customer service skills; both in communication and follow up.

Specific tech/pro skills:

• Knowledge of related media operations equipment, or ability to learn,

• Work Experience in Digital Media or Broadcast Media industry,

• Familiarity with Paramount Global programming,

• Experience working with customers in multiple time zones in a 24-hour environment,

• Knowledge of entertainment media acquisition, production, packaging, delivery and distribution workflows including Rights, Scheduling, Digital Asset Management and Finance Systems.
