Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Marketing Engineer (TME) to serve as the technical authority for our Software Firewall Platform team. This role is pivotal, bridging the gap between deep technical architecture and strategic market positioning. You will be responsible for translating complex networking and AI-driven security features into compelling narratives and scalable enablement programs, directly influencing the product roadmap and empowering our sales and customer-facing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and author high-impact technical assets, including whitepapers, reference architectures, and deep-dive blog posts to articulate product value.
• Build, maintain, and automate world-class demo environments on AWS, GCP, and Azure to showcase security efficacy and streamline field Po Cs.
• Lead Executive Briefing Center (EBC) sessions and technical workshops for Tier-1 customers, Sales Engineers, and channel partners, ensuring alignment on product capabilities.
• Proactively collaborate and exchange information with Engineering and Product Management, providing real-world feedback to influence the product roadmap.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on AI-driven threats and cloud-native networking, evangelizing our solutions through compelling technical storytelling.
• Develop and deliver 'Train the Trainer' sessions to scale technical knowledge across the organization and empower others.
• Simplify complex technical concepts into clear, digestible content for both highly technical practitioners and C-suite stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of combined experience in Technical Marketing, Systems Engineering, or Product Management within the network security industry.

• Expert-level understanding of NGFW, network security principles, and Zero Trust Architecture.

• Proven experience architecting and securing environments in at least two major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Proficiency in scripting with Python or Bash for automation and demonstration purposes.

• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible.

• Preferred Qualifications

• Professional cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer, or Microsoft Azure Security Engineer Associate.

• A strong understanding of AI/ML concepts (e.g., LLMs, neural networks) and their associated security challenges, like data poisoning or prompt injection.

• Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical details into compelling value propositions for diverse audiences.

• Experience navigating ambiguity and contributing to a fast-evolving product roadmap.
