Your Career

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the NGFW Platform Team responsible for building the next-generation firewalls(NGFW). NGFW is a proven industry leader

This role requires strong leadership, platform development knowledge and strong cross-functional collaboration skills along with experience in systems, networking, and secure software delivery. In this role you will work with multiple partners across the company for successful delivery of NGFW firewalls.

Your Impact

  • Lead and scale a high-performing engineering team building Hardware firewalls.
  • Drive architecture and defining the roadmap of Next generation firewalls
  • Oversee the development of diagnostic software, kernel/user-space drivers, and other platform-level components
  • Define and manage execution of technical roadmaps, working closely with product, security, and infrastructure teams
  • Establish strong security engineering practices across platform components
  • The manager is responsible for planning, scheduling, and executing projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality
  • They work closely with other teams, including hardware, ASIC, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration and deployment
  • Support team growth through mentorship, coaching, and structured talent development

Your Experience

  • 6+ years of engineering management experience, preferably leading platform or infrastructure teams.
  • Strong technical background in Hardware bringup, diagnostics, Linux operating systems, system processes and networking.
  • Experience with VM-based infrastructure, customer-hosted applications, and lifecycle management.
  • Excellent project management skills, with ability to deliver complex initiatives across cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and retaining technical talent

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between**$185000**/YR - $298000/YR The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus.
