Job Summary:
Your Career As the Senior Director of NGS Solution Creation, you will serve as a key executive architecting the next generation of Palo Alto Networks' ecosystem strategy. Reporting to the VP of Ecosystem and Tech Activation, you will lead the service creation roadmap for Global Systems Integrators (GSIs), Service Providers (SPs), and MSSPs. Your mission is to transform how we go to market with high-growth solutions-Cortex (Cloud, XDR, XSIAM) - ensuring our partners can operationalize and scale these technologies at pace.
Your Impact Architect Global Strategy: Define and execute the end-to-end global strategy for MSSPs and SPs, building scalable joint offers that align with partner business models and Palo Alto Networks' "speedboat" technologies.
Lead Solution Engineering: Manage a team of Solution Architects to develop, industrialize, and evangelize high-traction joint offers with GSIs.
Cross-Functional Orchestration: Partner with Product, Finance, and Sales to remove barriers to growth; collaborate with the VP of Channel Programs to align incentives and rebates with ecosystem goals.
Operational Excellence: Optimize program spend and Opex to ensure maximum ROI; establish a global community for sharing best practices across Channel SEs and Ecosystem teams.
Market Leadership: Represent Palo Alto Networks with executive leadership at strategic partners, capturing field feedback to continually refine our technical tools, labs, and certifications.
Qualifications Your Experience Executive Leadership: 10+ years of progressive experience in technical pre-sales, consulting, or solution engineering, with 5+ years leading and scaling global technical teams.
Ecosystem Expertise: Deep knowledge of Cybersecurity Alliances (GSI, SP, MSSP, and Hyperscalers) and a proven track record of building joint service offerings.
Matrix Mastery: Demonstrated ability to influence and achieve outcomes in a highly collaborative, global matrixed environment.
Strategic Vision: Strong understanding of cybersecurity market trends, customer decision criteria, and the competitive landscape.
Education & Reach: BA/BS required (MBA preferred). Ability to travel globally up to 30-40%, nationally and some international.
Compensation Disclosure:
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
$275,000.00 - $320,750.00/yr
