Job Summary:
The Team
As a cybersecurity company, we care about your safety and security, both online and offline. The Global Safety & Security team was built to support the physical safety and security of our company in every region of the globe. It is the team's commitment to act as a business enabler and deliver a risk based, data-driven safety and security program, focused on protecting our people, property, and assets at all times and in all places.
Job Summary:
As the Director of Safety and Security Operations, you will be instrumental in protecting the health and safety of our employees and corporate assets globally. Reporting to the Vice President of Global Safety & Security, you will build and lead international programs, products, and services for the Safety & Security function. You will work closely with IT, Places, Info Sec, HR, and Legal to translate our culture and values into practical safety and security applications, leading a high-performing team to enable our business.
- Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead a global safety and security program, translating company culture and values into practical applications and best practices.
- Build and manage a high-performing, global team of safety and security professionals, focusing on career development and empowerment.
- Assume ownership and accountability for all safety and security incidents and escalations, operating as the global subject matter expert for operational safety and physical security.
- Proactively collaborate with the real estate team to drive physical and technical due diligence processes and deliver all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) initiatives.
- Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and resourcing plans for major capital projects, driving both cost and operational efficiency.
- Partner effectively with key groups such as IT, Places, Legal, and HR, ensuring alignment and maintaining regular communication with all stakeholders.
- Represent the company in external forums to leverage and implement leading-edge best practices in workplace safety and security.
- Champion diversity and inclusion within the team and throughout all safety and security programs and initiatives.
Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

10+ years of relevant experience in corporate environmental health, safety, and security.

Demonstrated experience building and leading a global team of safety and security professionals.

Thorough understanding of relevant products and vendors, including EHS, Systems Technology, and Security service providers.

Ability to travel frequently as required by the business.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working efficiently with cross-functional teams and managing numerous projects simultaneously under deadline pressure.

Strong business acumen with proven ability to set, manage, and deliver within a budget.

Comfort working with ambiguity and adapting to the terrain and circumstances of a fast-paced environment.
