ソリューションコンサルタント(SC)は、当社の技術部門の専門家として、トヨタ事業本部の営業担当と緊密に連携して活動する戦略的アドバイザーです。お客様のセキュリティ変革の道のり全体を通じて技術的なリーダーシップを発揮し、お客様の主要なビジネス課題を解決する技術ソリューションを定義し、当社への投資価値を最大限に高める中心的な役割を担います。
日本の産業を牽引する大手顧客に対し、技術案件の追求からソリューションの導入、そして価値実現に至るまで、お客様のライフサイクル全体に責任を持つことで、市場価値の高い専門性を身につけることができます。
- Your Impact
- 技術戦略の策定• 実行: 営業担当と連携し、クロスプラットフォーム• ソリューションを軸とした技術アカウントプランを策定• 実行することで、営業目標の達成に貢献します。
- 課題ヒアリングとソリューション設計: お客様の技術的、運用的、商業的なニーズを深く理解し、当社ポートフォリオ全体を活用した最適なソリューションを設計• 提案します。
- 顧客エンゲージメント: お客様固有の課題に合わせた効果的なプレゼンテーション、デモンストレーション、ワークショップを主導し、ソリューションの価値を明確に伝えます。
- 技術検証の推進: 価値実証(Proof of Value, POV)などの技術検証活動をリードし、プロジェクトの成功を技術的に確実なものにします。
- リソースの調整: 社内の製品スペシャリストやチャネルパートナー、カスタマーサポートと連携し、「ワ ンチーム」としてお客様を包括的にサポートします。
- 導入• 活用支援: プロフェッショナルサービスやカスタマーサクセスチームと協力し、導入プロジェクトの成功と、導入後の価値実現までを責任を持って推進します。
- 関係構築: お客様の主要な技術ステークホルダーとの長期的な信頼関係を構築• 維持し、変革のロードマップ策定を支援します。
- 継続的な自己成長: 常に最新の技術動向や競合状況を把握し、自身の専門性を高め続けることが求められます。
- 勤務地は主に名古屋ですが、出張での対応でも可能です。
