About the Internship:
We are looking for two highly motivated and detail-oriented Events Marketing Interns to join and support the event charter of the Strategic Events and Experiences team, individuals responsible for executing world-class brand experiences, from our large-scale user conference **Oktane **to third-party industry trade shows.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the Strategic Events and Experiences team and cross-functional stakeholders to bring our events to life.
What You’ll Get to Do:

Project Management & Logistics: Managing timelines, trackers, and deliverables to ensure our initiatives and programs run like clockwork

Internal Comms: Support the creation of internal comms (such as internal newsletters, Slack updates, field overview guides, etc.) to drive company-wide alignment.

Audience Acquisition: Support the execution of multi-channel campaigns to drive event attendance and monitor registration pacing and data to identify trends and help the team adjust strategy in real-time

Breakout Sessions & Content Logistics: Support with speaker communications, deck collection, and session scheduling trackers

Event Technology & Infrastructure: Support the testing and QA of the mobile event app and event website to capture elements that ensure a seamless attendee experience

Communication: Collaborate with Strategic Events Marketing Managers and internal stakeholders across different time zones
Who We are Looking For:

Current Enrollment: Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field with an expected graduation date of Dec. 2026 or May/June 2027

The "Event Brain": Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts. You thrive on checklists and deadlines.

Communication Style: Exceptional written and verbal communication. You can pivot from professional correspondence to punchy internal Slack updates.

Adaptability: A "no task is too small" attitude and the flexibility to pivot when event plans change (because they always do).

Tech Savvy: Familiarity with (or a strong desire to learn) marketing technology like Salesforce,Marketo,Slack, and Rain Focus/Cvent.
A Plus if you have:
- Prior internship experience in marketing or a related field
