  • Assist with the review of financials and tax reporting forms, including disclosures / statements, for Okta foreign subsidiaries

  • Support transfer pricing initiatives (Country by country reporting, master file/local file, intercompany agreements, TP forms, etc.)

  • Analyze, prepare and/or review US international tax and transfer pricing related deliverables to support quarterly and year-end tax provision, compliance requirements, and planning

  • Proactively identify, analyze, and scope high-impact automation opportunities across business functions, followed by the design, development, and maintenance of solutions using various technologies, such as Alteryx, RPA, and AI (Gemini).

  • Partner with business leaders, tax, finance, treasury, legal, and external advisers

  • Effectively communicate transfer pricing strategies, concepts, and requirements to tax stakeholders and senior management

  • Support, review, and advise on day-to-day business decisions, intercompany pricing and tax audits in relation to foreign subsidiaries transfer pricing policies

  • Draft technical and non-technical memorandums in response to inquiries from internal and/or external stakeholders

  • Engage in other ad-hoc tasks as needed

What you’ll bring to the role

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in international tax / transfer pricing at a large accounting/consulting firm

  • Experienced in finance, valuation, and economic concepts
