Core Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Design Integration: Create "The Full Package" by designing the holistic pairing of APIs with their corresponding UI components—ensuring developers get both the technical flexibility and visual consistency they need out of the box.

• B2B/B2C Alignment: Bridge the gap between B2B & B2C team, establishing unified component patterns and interaction models that work seamlessly across both enterprise and consumer contexts.

• Common Pattern Ownership: Drive standardization and alignment across disparate component systems, creating shared design language and reusable patterns that reduce fragmentation and accelerate development velocity.

• Code-Based Extensibility (Actions): Design developer-facing interfaces for custom JavaScript extensibility—including code editors, debugging tools, and documentation UX that empowers technical users to build custom behaviors with confidence.

• Low-Code Extensibility (Flows): Design intuitive WYSIWYG visual editors and drag-and-drop flow builders that enable non-technical users to create custom logic without writing code—balancing power with simplicity.

• Global Team Orchestration: Collaborate across distributed teams (US, Canada, Spain) and ensure cohesive vision and execution across time zones and product surfaces.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in Product Design, with a significant portion dedicated to B2B Enterprise, SaaS, or Complex Tools.

• Technical Fluency: You don't need to code, but you must understand REST/GraphQL concepts, JSON structures, and the developer's mental model.

• Systemic Thinking: Proven ability to simplify complex, high-data environments. You should be as comfortable in a flowchart as you are in Figma.

• Leadership and alignment: Experience mentoring senior designers and influencing product strategy at the executive level.

• WCAG Compliance: Advanced knowledge of accessibility standards for high-density data and complex UI.

• AI Literacy: Practical experience or experimentation done designing for AI/ML features, including prompt patterns and ethical UI considerations.

• Strategic Influence: Strong ability to advocate for user needs and navigate organizational friction to improve product quality.

• Portfolio: Must showcase examples of "heavy lifting"—projects involving complex workflows, data density, or technical platforms (e.g., AWS/GCP consoles, Fintech APIs, CRM, Insurance or DevOps tools).
