Job description:

• Monitoring and analyzing quality performance, developing and implementing quality control systems.
• Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met.
• Collaborating with operations managers to develop and implement controls and improvements.
• Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with specification.
• Conduct meeting with cross functional team for investigating Nonconformance issues and developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.
• Reviewing visual aid or reject codes, specifications, and process control plan.
• Work with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality of the products
• Supervise and manage manpower to ensure quality control of product and process meet requirement.
• Application of statistical methods to monitor and control the quality of a production process to ensure that the process operates efficiently, producing more specification-conforming products with less waste scrap.
• Perform Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) for analyzing the variation of each type of inspection, measurement, and test equipment to ensure that the variation in our measurement is minimal compared to the variation in our process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Applied science or Engineering. (knowledge in statistical control will be an advantage)
• 0–2 years of experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, process engineering, or a related field. Candidates with relevant experience will be given preference.
• Experience using QA software tools and processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Team spirit.
• Ready to work in case of urgent work.
