Role Summary:

• As a NCG (New College Graduate) Test Engineer at NXP Semiconductors, you will be instrumental in the development and validation semiconductor products. You will gain hands-on experience in the design, implementation, and execution of test solutions for various NXP technologies, contributing to the quality and reliability of our next-generation devices.

Job Responsibility:

• Design, develop, and debug test programs, test patterns for semiconductor devices.
• Perform product qualification, characterization and release on ATE, e.g. temperature characterization, correlation, R&R (MSC), etc.
• Drive and deliver all aspects of test improvement including test cost reduction, test coverage improvement, test integral yield improvement, test failure analysis etc.
• Control the change on test program and test hardware using a structured process.
• Support fab/assembly/test center transfers, new product introduction and volume ramp-up.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations throughout the testing process.

Job Qualification:

• Bachelor's or Master degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering ,Computer Engineering or Relate field.
• Strong analytical skills, understanding of digital and analog electronic circuits.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language e.g. Java/VBT / C++ programming.
• Familiarity with semiconductor device physics and manufacturing processes is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to contribute to high-quality product development and able to work under pressure.
• Will and ability to work with international teams and available for travelling oversea due to assignment.
