We are looking for a motivated working student who is ready to take on a new professional adventure and grow within a global technology company. In this role, you will initially support the team with project management activities across various events and initiatives.

Over time, you will progressively take ownership of your own projects, gaining hands-on experience and real responsibility.

Your tasks:

Customer and Tech Experience:

• Project support for global and regional trade shows, events and projects - aligning with internal and external stakeholders

• Maintaining technical documentation & database for demos

• Maintain and update different project trackers to manage deadlines

• Coordinate product & demo logistics for different tradeshows and events

Digital Experience

• Support the creation and update of virtual demos

• Support the creation and update of digital assets for physical demos

Additional Responsibilities

• Administrative support for national and international tradeshows, events & projects

• Maintain and structure Microsoft Share Point sites for internal and external audiences to ensure content remains secure, organized and up to date

• Business award applications: Research, taking care of the application process (writing application text, making sure that all stakeholders and channels know about it, etc. )

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Project Management or Engineering

• Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, agility to work on different projects, creative/disruptive way of thinking, and high attention to detail, ultimate team-player with a sense of humor & hands-on mentality

• Experience in project management, data analysis, and identifying & addressing blockers

• Excellent command of Microsoft Suite (especially Excel & PowerPoint)

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Planner, Trello, Monday.com or similar

• Basic understanding of Share Point and its complexities is a plus

• This job requires full professional English; French is a plus
