Key Responsibilities:

• Clarify Service Requests: Serve as primary contact for internal and external customers providing clear and timely responses to inquiries regarding service requests and associated tools. The stakeholders are asking for device samples, the configuration and customization of security products or key generation for encryption and decryption as well as access protection for new products.

• Sample Device Programming: Prepare and manually program NXP engineering products.

• Automation & Scripting: Develop strategies, processes and write code to automate workflows and create templates.

• Handling Sensitive Data: Perform tasks that involve secure processing of confidential data.

• Process Improvement: Suggest and implement ideas to make operations more efficient and secure.

• Security & Compliance: Ensure all activities follow data protection and security standards.

• User Onboarding & Management: Arrange access for new users and managing existing users to relevant applications and manage their permissions and roles.

• Collaboration: Work with international colleagues from different departments and cultures.

• Documentation: Document processes and monitor compliance with procedures

Candidate Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Technical Information, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• 0-2 Years Experience in related fields

• Language Skills: Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.

• Programming Skills: Basic knowledge of scripting and programming (e.g. Powershell, C++).

• IT Tools: Experience with common collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira, MS Office).

• Quality Mindset: Basic understanding of quality improvement methods.

• Operations: Willingness to take operational tasks

• Security Awareness: Basic knowledge of information security and cryptography is a plus.

• Soft Skills: Strong analytical and teamwork abilities, proactive, problem solving, independent and reliable work style, willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
