Core HR responsibilities: The role involves serving as a contact point for employees, HR, and managers, handling escalations, triaging HR system and procedure queries, and liaising with the HR Help Desk through calls, audits, and approvals. It also includes managing Share Point sites, HR policies, Workday data quality and transactions, and responding to HR operations mailbox communications.
