  • Core HR responsibilities: The role involves serving as a contact point for employees, HR, and managers, handling escalations, triaging HR system and procedure queries, and liaising with the HR Help Desk through calls, audits, and approvals. It also includes managing Share Point sites, HR policies, Workday data quality and transactions, and responding to HR operations mailbox communications. Annual activities include updating employee notification posters and compiling compliance reports such as EEO-1 and Affirmative Action Plans.

  • Qualifications and desired skills: Candidates should have knowledge of HR processes, Power Automate, generative AI tools, Microsoft Forms, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle complex confidential data.
