-
Hands-on mass production rollout experience of highway/urban ADAS driving functions for city-scale expansion across multiple vehicle lines; proven track record of participating in at least one mass-produced autonomous driving project (driving scenario-focused) with industry-leading large-scale test delivery results.
-
Delivery- and results-oriented professional with a passion for automotive product launch; exceptional large-scale driving test program management capabilities, including strong multi-tasking, stakeholder influence, cross-functional communication, presentation, consensus-building, and test team development skills.
-
Basic experience in test data analysis and driving test issue triage, proficient in mainstream test data analysis & visualization tools (SQL, Tableau) to support data-driven large-scale driving test decision-making and issue resolution.
-
Rich practical on-vehicle driving test experience, valid professional driving skills, and systematic professional understanding of autonomous driving function testing logic, large-scale test scenario design, and test standard formulation.
-
Strong strategic and tactical thinking, with a demonstrated history of aligning cross-functional stakeholders to deliver successful automotive driving test programs; proven ability to creatively resolve technical challenges and resource conflicts in large-scale driving test projects.
-
Familiar with agile software development methodologies, and proficient in agile test management tools (e.g., JIRA, DOORS, Jama) for end-to-end driving test process tracking, test requirement management, and large-scale test project delivery.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
-
Strong strategic and tactical thinking, with a demonstrated history of aligning cross-functional stakeholders to deliver successful automotive driving test programs; proven ability to creatively resolve technical challenges and resource conflicts in large-scale driving test projects.
-
Excellent presentation and leadership communication skills: capable of demoing driving function test features, compiling clear and concise technical summaries/reports, and driving cross-team alignment on large-scale driving test process improvements and project objectives.
-
Fluent in English (both written and spoken) for daily work communication; willing to accept overseas business trips to support global large-scale driving test project collaboration.
Be a key member of a dedicated, multi-functional engineering development team and help build a world-class product for our customers. If you’re ready for an extraordinarily exciting and important role, we’d love to hear from you!
