Our Business Intelligence team is seeking a highly motivated individual to join us as a Business Intelligence Analyst. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating reporting and analytical solutions for various business functions. This role requires a strong grasp of data analytics and tools, as well as collaborating directly with motivated business groups and the Business System Analyst team.

What you'll be doing:

• Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end business intelligence solutions using SAP BW on HANA , HANA 2.0 XSA, Databricks

• Have a clear understanding of KPIs that drive Semi-Conductor Companies and help optimize the order fulfillment, tracking Material Availability.

• Has ability to visualize and build compelling data stories to create executive reporting and dashboarding.

• Identifies, assesses, and solves complex business problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

• Translate requirements into technical plan and align with BSA and project management teams on timing, resources, and scope of the deliverable.

• User acceptance testing, performance testing, security testing (including documenting the results) and enhancement requests with high criticality.

• Assist with development of analytic reporting on BI platform through effective data modeling.

• Closely working with BSA (Business System Analyst) and Business Owners to analyze business problems and provide solutions.

What we need to see:

• 8+ years of development experience in SAP Business Intelligence (HANA/BW) solution delivery with at least 4 full life cycle implementations using SAP BW 7.5 on HANA, native HANA, and B/4 HANA.

• Bachelors or Master's degree, or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business.

• Experience in the Design and Configuration of Sales Info Providers with BW on HANA experience.

• Deep understanding of the functional processes like Logistics, New Products introduction, Order to Cash, Revenue Accounting & Reporting.

• Hands-on experience working with SAP BW on HANA features, standard and custom SAP BW Extractors, complex transformations using ABAP, advanced DSOs, composite providers, exposing BW models as HANA views, mixed scenarios, HANA Analysis process in BW and LSA ++ and performance optimization concepts.

• Experience with B/4 modeling, Business Warehouse Remote Cubes, HCPRs, aDSO, Start Routines, End Routines and User Exits.

• Hands-on experience with Databricks and Spark for building scalable data pipelines, including data ingestion, transformation, and optimization using Py Spark SQL, working with Delta Lake, integrating SAP BW/HANA and other enterprise data sources, and supporting analytics and reporting use cases in a cloud environment.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with SAP HANA XSA 2.0 and B/4 HANA data modelling views (Attribute, Analytics and Calculation views) with graphical and SQL scripting, procedures schema management, data provisioning technology including SAP LT Replication Server, Data Services (BODS).

• Experience with BOBJ with a solid understanding of WebI, UNV/ UNX as well as BICs. Should be able to handle the change & Promotion management of the content.

• Proficient in the use of SAP Analysis for Microsoft Office to perform custom calculations, filtering and sorts to support complex business planning and reporting scenarios.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Knowledge and working experience with Order to Cash business processes with functional understanding.

• Ability to build and support Back-End Security Models to safeguard business critical sensitive data. Should have proven knowledge of Data Obfuscation and data encryption techniques.

• Front End Reporting Tools experience like Tableau , Power BI, Analysis for Office..etc.

• A proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment where strong organizational skills are essential.

• Understanding of how AI could be leveraged to expedite business solutions, Understanding of MCP servers for building agents.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 144,000 USD - 230,000 USD.
