NVIDIA is seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our Network Management and Storage team. This team develops network management software that configures network devices and routing tables of NVLink and large-scale InfiniBand networks powering the world’s most advanced supercomputers. This role also offers the opportunity to actively contribute to the design and refinement of our next-generation storage technology solutions.In this role, you will design and implement new features, and collaborate closely with different teams across NVIDIA to deliver robust and scalable networking solutions.
What you’ll be doing:
- Design, develop and optimize server application responsible for managing networks of thousands of network devices!
- Collaborate with multiple teams in our multi-functional environment on developing new features and improvements.
- Participate in the design and architecture of new next generation network solutions for super computers.
- Manage issues during integration, testing, deployment & QA.
- Work and collaborate with team members in different geographical locations.
What we need to see:
- BSc. or MSc. in Computer Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of experience as Software Engineer.
- Proficient knowledge in C/C++.
- Strong analytical skills, knowledge of algorithms and proficiency with data structures.
- Self and quick learning abilities.
- Deep knowledge of Linux and Networking stack fundamentals.
Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd:
- Knowledge of network topologies design and routing algorithms.
- Extensive experience with RDMA (Remote Direct Memory Access) and its application in low-latency systems.
- Demonstrated use of creative ideas, providing solutions to challenging problems.
