We are seeking a self-driven Manufacturing Test Manager based in Taiwan. This role will oversee the global MTE team which will support NVIDIA Automotive, Embedded, and Tegra base system products. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, review, and maintain manufacturing processes for highly complex board products. Expertise in electronic product ICT, FCT, DFT, and testing procedures is required.
What you will be doing:
- Lead and mentor a team of test engineers, fostering professional growth and development
- Prioritize testing projects and allocate resources effectively to meet deadlines and deliverables
- Transition and qualify product manufacturing process knowledge to new site for mass production, product mechanical, cosmetic, handling prevention plan before releasing to mass production, manufacturing process risk assessment with new product& new manufacturing process
- Analyze design and manufacturing risks and samples/prototype manufacturing
- Ensure manufacturing test line (ICT and FCT) reediness: process, fixtures, testing equipment’s, Automation
- Develop and deploy DFX methodologies for our next generation products which will serve for MFG purpose together with other teams
- Accomplish robust and efficient manufacturing for design at suppliers in the area of Thermal, mechanical, from NPI stage till transfer to mass production
What we need to see:
- BS or MS in EE, CS, Automatic Control (or equivalent experience).
- Strong verbal and written communication skill is a must.
- 8+ years CM manufacturing test process (ICT and FCT) management experience in computer electrical products and 4+ years of experience in managing a team
- Linux based development
- Well knowledge on manufacturing process qualification tool (strain gauge test, pressure paper test, DNP, cross section…)
- Experience with bringing up of large-scale automation solutions to large software teams
- Able to work in a team environment cordially and effectively. Must have excellent interpersonal skills, able to relate respectfully with others
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
- Knowledge of board manufacturing process, testing.
- Experience in x86 assembly and knowledge of PC architecture
- Familiarity in muti kinds of OS, such as Windows, CentOS, Ubuntu
- Experience in manufacturing test process (ICT and FCT)
