We are looking for a Software Solutions Engineer to support Physical AI products including but not limited to Omniverse, Omniverse Cloud, Isaac Sim, Cosmos etc. The technologies include compute technologies, Container Orchestrators, graphics applications, 3D workflows and tools and other Enterprise related system software in CSP environments. You are also expected to have very good interpersonal and communication skills, given you would be working closely with our engineering team and customers to understand, explain and resolve issues, and participate to build scalable software.
This individual should have proven grasp of datacenter, graphics and Artificial Intelligence technologies, to provide comprehensive solutions for complex installations, maintenance, or operations for a broad scope of leading-edge products and will focus on Omniverse product in CSP environment which is our graphics and simulation platform focused on scalable real-time, high-fidelity simulation of large and scalable worlds. What you'll be doing:

Trouble shoot, fix and develop features as part of solution engineering effort in the above mentioned technology areas for our enterprise customers across the globe

Work with CSPs, their customers and internal users to improve the availability, reliability, and overall experience of working with Omniverse product

Take ownership and drive customer issues with Omniverse from inception to resolution
-
Build upon the opportunity to research new use cases with GPUs
-
Bring independent analysis, communication, and problem-solving to customer experience
-
Collaborate with engineering to document, recreate and solve issues
-
Author and incorporate technical solutions into our knowledge base
-
Be on call one weekend per month in the event a customer has a Sev1 outage and requires engineering assistance
What we need to see:
-
BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
-
5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as solution engineering, Solutions Architect, Customer Success Engineer for cloud, SaaS, or platform services.

Experience developing or troubleshooting 3D graphics, simulation or visualization applications with Python or C++.
-
Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures (containers, Kubernetes, microservices), physical AI and modern deployment/operations practices.

Excellent communication skills, including the ability to translate technical topics for non-technical audiences and to clearly document architectures, decisions, and runbooks.

Intellectual curiosity, positive attitude, flexibility, analytical ability, self-motivation, and team-oriented.

Flexibility to work in EMEA time zone when needed
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
-
Experience with NVIDIA libraries and models (e.g. CUDA-X, Omniverse, OpenUSD, RTX, Isaac, Physics NeMo, Cosmos).

Hands-on experience with robotics simulation frameworks (e.g., NVIDIA PhysX and Isaac SIM, Gazebo, Mujo Co, Pybullet, SAPIEN).

Familiarity with GPU-accelerated computing and AI/ML workflows, and how they integrate with visualization or simulation workloads.

Experience in resolving issues in managed cloud platforms, working with customers, cloud providers, and internal SRE/engineering.
