In the role of Senior Director, Test Operations at NVIDIA, you become part of a team driving test operation strategy from headquarter to region, supervise OSAT factory operation performance. Our Hsinchu-based team is noted for its ambition and consistent success in providing world-class solutions. This position allows you to lead and build the future of our test operations, ensuring perfect execution and achieving outstanding outcomes. What you'll be doing:

• Guiding and directing teams of production test engineers to maintain the highest standards of quality and efficiency in test operations.

• Developing and implementing test manufacturing strategies and processes that align with our ambitious goals and strict standards.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including ATE platform , hardware , test programs, and OSAT engineering teams to successfully implement test plans

• Leading cross-functional teams to support the mass production all kinds of operation problem solving.

• Analyzing test data and operation KPI to determine trends, identify potential problems, and drive continuous improvement.

• Ensuring that all test operations are conducted in compliance with industry standards and guidelines.

What we need to see:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

• 6+ years of Executive Level Management experience in large, cross-matrix, and geo-dispersed technology organizations focused in/around the test operations space—strong experiences in Operations Test Engineering preferred.

• A minimum of 15 years in test operations, with a history of directing teams and handling complex projects.

• ATE platform (93K or ULFX) , ATE Hardware (Loadboard, probe cards..) experience

• OSAT Factory experience. Direct factory management preferred.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to encourage and motivate a team to achieve outstanding results.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to interpret data for making well-informed decisions.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and collaborators.
