NVIDIA has been redefining computer graphics, PC gaming, and accelerated computing for more than 25 years. It’s a legacy of innovation fueled by phenomenal technology—and amazing people. Today, NVIDIA is tapping into the unlimited potential of AI to define the next era of computing, where GPUs power computers, robots, and self-driving cars that can perceive and understand the world. Doing what’s never been done before takes vision, innovation, and the world’s best talent. As an NVIDIAN, you’ll work in a diverse, supportive environment where everyone is inspired to do their best work. Come join the team and help shape visual storytelling that reaches millions.

As a Studio Program Manager (SPM) for CG Studio, you’ll collaborate with peers on the Studio Services Team, reporting to the Manager of Studio Services. You’ll partner with our in-house CG Studio artists and the creative organization to plan, coordinate, and deliver world-class assets across product launches, campaigns, and events. You’ll connect designers, art directors, account managers, and stakeholders—helping ensure projects are strategically prioritized, well planned, and efficiently driven from concept to completion. If you enjoy orchestrating complex creative work, encouraging team clarity, and helping artists thrive across multiple fast paced projects, this role is for you!

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Lead planning and scheduling projects from intake and brief through final delivery, ensuring clarity of scope, timelines, and outcomes.

  • Partner with CG Studio leads and Creative Account Program Managers to prioritize workload, balance team capacity, and drive aligned timelines across concurrent initiatives.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of each artist’s strengths, focus areas, and current bandwidth to help inform resource and project planning.

  • Facilitate productive planning meetings, track project status, action items, and dependencies, and communicate updates clearly and proactively.

  • Collaborate with producers, designers, and vendors to define project requirements, set quality standards, and ensure smooth external partnerships.

  • Identify risks early, lead scope changes, and drive creative problem solving to keep deliverables on schedule and on standard.

  • Own and evolve CG Studio workflows and processes, incorporating learning from past projects to continuously improve efficiency and quality.

  • Coordinate vendor and contractor setup with internal onboarding and procurement partners to ensure detailed collaboration and compliance.

  • Act as a trusted partner and “internal customer service” champion—setting clear expectations, providing insight into capacity and workflow, and encouraging a one-team approach.

What We Need To See:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • 8+ years of proven experience in program management, production, or creative operations within a studio, agency, or in-house creative environment.

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, demonstrating the capacity to lead multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.

  • Strong, proactive communicator—able to bring clarity to fast paced, multifaceted projects and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.

  • Calm, adaptable, and committed to finding answers, even under shifting priorities or tight deadlines.

  • Detailed approach that ensures project data, timing, and deliverables are complete and accurate.

  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to build trust and alignment across creative and business partners.
