What you'll be doing:

Be an integrated part of the product design
-
Establish NPI production lines at CM’s sites
-
Lead internal and externals cross-functional teams to meet engineering aspects projects schedule
-
Develop and implement manufacturing processes for new products to meet projects requirements
-
Drive CMs to excellence in aspects of manufacturing process, quality management and HVM mindset
What we need to see:
-
B.Sc. or equivalent experience. in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering
-
5+ years of relevant experience
-
Experience in PCBA manufacturing, including knowledge of PCB design, SMT process, mechanical assembly and testing processes.

Experience in leading projects with multi CMs/vendors
-
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues during the product development process.

Well organized and details oriented.

Excellent English, reading, writing and presentation capabilities.

Relevant Courses: Project management (advantage), Quality/process-related courses
