We are looking for a Technical Program Manager for next generation NVLINK Fusion silicon solutions. You will get a chance to create real impact in a dynamic, industry leading, technology-focused company. Together, we will build the next generation of life changing AI infrastructure silicon solutions. If you are a motivated individual that understands how SoC systems are architected and built, has intimate knowledge of partner requirements, and understand various IP, SOC and Infrastructure development cycles, this is your place to be!
What you'll be doing:

Deliver to committed POR and customer agreements

Drive complex new Silicon platforms. Planning, tracking, support internal and customer SOW work, schedules, and partner requirements

Develops and maintains program schedules through production, customer milestone interlocks, project execution tracking, metrics
-
Work with customers, internal teams and management to plan and complete NVLINK Fusion AI infrastructure silicon solutions from concept to production.

Technical cross-domain support for issue resolution to keep project on schedule, at spec and quality (IP, DFT, PD, Emulation, Firmware, Package, Post Silicon)

Work with internal and external partners to drive schedules, consensuses, and communication.

Supports and encourages innovation while keeping execution on track

Project leadership and cross domain technical involvement
What we need to see:
-
Technical program management of complex 3/5nm SOC's with high perf ARM subsystems, AI/GPU, DDR and Networking IP and advanced packaging

Experience leading programs from Concept and SOW through IP/SOC development, TO, Post-Silicon through Production
-
Cross domain technical leadership of IP/SOC Design, Verification, Emulation, Software/Firmware, Platforms, Post-Silicon validation
-
Experienced with customer facing programs and technical planning

Negotiates IP, SOC technical solutions to meet project needs with internal teams and external partners
-
Drives cross-functional silicon program execution to meet customer commitments
-
Drives innovation in project leadership through AI predictive and analytics methods to reduce effort and time to market.

Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience)

12 years of industry experience
Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 200,000 USD - 322,000 USD.
You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
