As an Indirect Procurement MBA Intern, you will work with Strategic Sourcing Managers to engage stakeholders and suppliers, as well as to operationally support the Strategic Sourcing team. Within Sourcing activities, your responsibilities may include RFx creation and management, supplier and market research, developing negotiation strategies, and supporting contracting and supplier management activities. Categories in focus may include, but not be limited to infrastructure hardware, software, circuits/connectivity, construction, data center leasing, and professional services. Operational responsibilities may include support of procurement technology market evaluations, supporting daily activities within our existing procurement technology applications, and managing existing procurement and finance processes.
What you’ll be doing:

Support our Senior Strategic Sourcing Managers with RFP creation, execution, and analysis activities.

Supporting supplier negotiations and contracting activities.

Support large projects and key initiatives that may be in progress.

Serving as a Trusted partner to our Indirect Procurement team, our business stakeholders, suppliers, and our partner business areas such as HR, IT, Finance and Legal.

Have an opportunity to give input on process and technology optimizations to increase our team’s efficiency and effectiveness.

Oversee process activities to operationally support our Strategic Sourcing team, as well as our broader Finance and partner business areas.
What we need to see:
-
Currently pursuing your MBA degree with a graduation date of December 2026 - June 2027
-
Educational background in supply chain management, business, finance, information systems,supply chain management, procurement or a related field

Demonstrated understanding of procurement practices such as sourcing, negotiating, relationship management
-
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Experienced collaborating, with strong communication and professional skills
-
Ability to work comfortably in a dynamic and highly changing environment
-
A passion or strong interest for indirect procurement
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
-
Demonstrated understanding of the High-Tech sector environment and priorities
-
Understanding of procurement technology tools such as Workday Strategic Sourcing, Docu Sign CLM, Coupa, and SAP.

Strong presentation skills both oral & written, and strong listening and influencing skills.

Exposure to the use of AI in Source-to-Pay processes

Our internship hourly rates are a standard pay based on the position, your location, year in school, degree, and experience. The hourly rate for our interns is 27 USD - 82 USD.
You will also be eligible for Intern benefits.
