What you'll be doing:

Lead on-site product engineering team to support server system /board/Rack level production (L10/L11).

Act as the primary engineering interface between factory operations and global engineering teams.

Own daily production support, issue triage, and escalation management to minimize line impact and downtime.

Drive yield rate improvement initiatives through structured root cause analysis (HW/SW/FW/MFG).
-
Generate and maintain Pareto reports, yield dashboards, and trend analysis to identify top loss contributors.

Lead DOE, corrective actions, and preventive measures; track execution and results to closure.

Partner closely with HW, FW, SW, Test, Quality, NPI, and Manufacturing teams to resolve complex issues.

Ensure alignment on test coverage, manufacturing flows, and production readiness.

Support NPI to MP transition and ensure smooth ramp with controlled risk.
What we need to see:
-
Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

10 overall years of experience in server, system, or board-level manufacturing / product engineering. 3 years of solid people management experience.

Strong understanding of server architecture, board bring-up, manufacturing test, and production flows.

Proven experience in yield analysis, Pareto reporting, and systematic yield improvement.

Ability to operate effectively on the factory floor and lead through ambiguity and pressure.
