Next, we will continue to deepen our efforts in the autonomous driving field and strive to bring sustained growth to our customers. NVIDIA is seeking a senior software QA engineer(Data Processing and Analyse) for the autonomous driving and parking function, and typically for large scaling test before mass production. This is a key role to support AV software agile iteration & development for the release of clients, together working with the engineering teams, understanding the AV stack deeply and providing data-based judgement and delivering high-quality AV software to end customer.
Are you ready to manage complex technical systems that deliver true self-driving capabilities to users? In this role, you will learn deep software logic cross different AV modules and use your strong data analysis capabilities to provide performance analysis, finally making quality assessment before release. You will communicate effectively across the AV ecosystem and partner with multi-functional groups, customers, and vendors. You will co-operate with a global team to formulate standards.
What you'll be doing:

Participate and be responsible for prioritizing the scaling test for the Autonomous Vehicle project for the Test team.

Processing Driving data and analysing root cause and providing performance assessment and making release judgments.

Work with technical and engineering teams on critical issues, driving implementation and process improvements across the project.

Supervise and categorize test events from the scaling test, raising them as needed. Make sure that software quality stays optimized by supervising key issues and trends in relevant metrics.

Collaborate closely with engineering, quality, operations, and mapping teams to articulate needs and build comprehensive plans accordingly.

Lead, manage, train, and provide mentorship to related contractors or junior colleagues.
What we need to see:
-
B.Tech. or equivalent degree in CS/CE/IT/ECE/EEE or related field with 5 years of experience in automotive engineering, testing, processes, or tools development.

Having mass production experience in rolling out highway/urban ADAS functions (Parking and driving) for city expansion across multiple carlines, participation in at least one mass-produced autonomous driving project with industry-leading results.

A dedicated professional passionate about product delivery, with strong skills in multitasking, partner influence, communication, presentation, consensus-building, and multi-functional team development.

Experience with data analysis and issue triage, and proficiency in tools for data analysis and visualization, proven skills on SQL, Tableau, etc.

Practical experience working in vehicles, proven-driving skills and professional understanding of autonomous driving and parking function.

Ability to think both strategically and tactically, with a history of gaining agreement to deliver successful programs, demonstrated capacity to think creatively to resolve technical challenges and resource conflicts.

Familiar with agile software development methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, doors, JAMA).

Hands-on Tool development skills, proven Python skills and basic C Coding skills

Proficiency in English, willing to support business trips abroad.

Strong presentation and leadership communication, including demoing features, writing clear technical summaries, and aligning multiple teams on process improvements.
