We are looking for an accomplished Executive Assistant to support growing areas of our sales organization to provide high‑level administrative, organizational, and strategic support to the VPs of Global OEM, Partner Networks, and Global Systems Integrators. The ideal candidate is a seasoned executive partner who brings structure, transparency, and momentum to a fast‑paced global sales organization. This role requires outstanding judgment, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs, remove obstacles, and keep the executives focused on the highest-impact priorities. To be successful, you will operate with confidence and autonomy, manage complex workflows with precision, and serve as an extension of the leadership team—balancing tactical execution with awareness of broader business and sales objectives.
What you'll be doing:

Provide high‑level executive support to multiple sales VPs, serving as a trusted partner in handling day‑to‑day operations and long‑range planning
-
Own and manage complex calendars, ensuring alignment with business priorities and organizational goals while maintaining strict confidentiality
-
Plan, coordinate, and optimize all meetings, including leadership reviews, strategy sessions, and external engagements
-
Manage team space planning
-
Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries, logistics, and time‑zone‑aware scheduling
-
Manage expenses, and purchase requisitions with accuracy and fiscal discipline
-
Partner closely with sales leadership teams to support operating rhythms, planning cycles, and execution of major initiatives
-
Act as a central point of coordination for agency partners, vendors, and cross‑functional stakeholders
-
Anticipate potential issues, proactively resolve challenges, and remove administrative and operational roadblocks before they impact execution
-
Handle confidential and highly sensitive information with discretion, integrity, and sound judgment
What we need to see:
-
8+ years of experience supporting senior executives
-
B.S./B.A degree or equivalent experience
-
Proven experience partnering closely with executives in fast‑paced, high‑growth, or complex organizations
-
Exceptional organizational, planning, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple competing demands independently
-
Demonstrated confidence, composure, and professionalism when interacting with senior leaders and external partners
-
Expert proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Share Point, and collaboration tools; strong ability to learn and adopt new technologies

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Work from HQ office 3x/week

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 92,000 USD - 149,500 USD for Level 4, and 104,000 USD - 166,750 USD for Level 5.
You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
