NVIDIA is the essential AI infrastructure company, driving the worldwide expansion of AI Factories and next-generation cloud platforms. The NVIDIA Cloud Partner (NCP) and Neo Cloud ecosystem is growing rapidly, and we’re looking for an experienced leader to elevate cloud partners through stronger platform foundations, accelerated GTM execution, and outstanding customer value. Today, we’re tapping into the unlimited potential of AI to define the next era of computing. An era in which our GPU acts as the brains of computers, robots, and self-driving cars that can understand the world. Doing what’s never been done before takes vision, innovation, and the world’s best talent. As an NVIDIAN, you can expect to be immersed in a diverse, encouraging environment where everyone is encouraged to do their best work.
In this principal-level role, you’ll drive the business maturity and performance of strategic NCPs and emerging Neo Clouds — helping them scale faster, achieve operational perfection, and deliver outstanding total cost of ownership (TCO) outcomes. You’ll interact directly with partner executives and NVIDIA cross-functional teams to build strategy, implement growth initiatives, and strengthen our collective market impact. Come join the team and see how you can make a lasting impact on the world!
What you'll be doing:
-
Strengthen partner platforms and remove scaling blockers. Improve partner software and platform stacks for predictable, high‑performance instances and benchmarks, unblock operational, marketing, and sales scaling challenges. Diversify customer base to include Sovereign AI and Enterprises.
-
Lead a portfolio of Neo Clouds and NCPs to drive growth, execution excellence, and platform maturity.
-
Partner with executives to define business strategies, investment priorities, and GTM plans aligned to NVIDIA platforms.
-
Improve partner software and platform stacks to deliver predictable, high-quality instances and benchmark performance.
-
Unblock scaling challenges across operations, marketing, and sales with structured improvement plans.
-
Act as the Partner-in-Charge (PIC) for assigned partners, orchestrating NVIDIA engagement across functions.
-
Elevate NVIDIA and partner transparency through strategic storytelling, thought leadership, and industry engagement.
What we need to see:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a comparable field, or equivalent experience.
-
15 overall years in cloud, platform, or ecosystem leadership roles spanning strategy, GTM, or business development.
-
7 years of proven experience in leading a business development team.
-
Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, GPUs, distributed systems, and cloud economics.
-
Proven track record to influence executives, lead sophisticated cross-functional initiatives, and deliver measurable results.
-
Hands-on, analytical approach to driving partner performance, scalability, and ecosystem growth.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
-
Good alignment with what we value – being focused, able to listen, understand, and answer the question. Also, looking for the fastest way to solve the problem.
-
Achievement of launch and revenue targets for owned GTM initiatives.
-
Improvement in key funnel and usage metrics such as activation, conversion, expansion, and retention.
-
On-time, high-quality execution of cross-functional launch plans and GTM projects.
-
Positive feedback and adoption of GTM programs and assets by Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
