We are looking for a Sr. Director of Supply Chain Business Transformation to join our Supply Chain Business Transformation team, headquartered in Santa Clara, CA. This position will lead efforts to drive enterprise applications and business process re-engineering for forward and reverse supply chain functions, working extensively with internal business leaders, IT, and internal partners to improve employee productivity and meet the extremely complex demands of our global supply chain. This strategic role is at the heart of our aim to blend operational excellence with groundbreaking manufacturing strategies across our global high-tech industry landscape.
What you'll be doing:

Define and implement enterprise transformation roadmaps in alignment with our overall organizational strategy and objectives.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with executive sponsors, key stakeholders, organization leaders and IT teams to ensure the most impactful business outcomes are prioritized and operationalized.

Drive key strategic process and systems initiatives for the organization, working with a group of cross-functional stakeholders and implementation partners.
-
Implement end-to-end solutions working in close partnership with supply chain domain experts and with IT applications, data, infrastructure, and AI partners. Identify, plan, and implement use of artificial intelligence solutions and utilize Agile methodologies to support “speed of light” time to value.

Lead and collaborate with a team of systems analysts/ solutionists, data scientists, and program managers to deliver end-to-end solutions, including applications development, process re-engineering, automation, analytics, LLM, and agentic AI /AI solutions.

Ensure transformation projects have aligned measures of success, delivering improved efficiency, reduced lead times, and enhanced overall operational performance.

Further a culture of innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement and mentor and develop team members, enhancing their skills and capabilities in support of business transformation objectives.

Design and implement comprehensive change management strategies for transformation initiatives. Identify and train change agents and create and distribute communications and updates on transformation programs.
What we need to see:
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technology-related field (e.g. Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
-
Proven experience in global business operations, including Manufacturing, Planning, PMO, business analytics in supply chain operations and service support in high-tech industry.
-
Broad experience across supply chain domains, including plan, source, make, deliver and repair.
-
Experience leading large-scale strategic planning and projects portfolio optimization, including ERP implementation. SAP suite is required and previous experience managing a migration from ECC to S4 is preferred.

Experience running complex supply chain systems transformations, including operations integration, reengineering, acquisition integration, and network optimization.

Outstanding teamwork and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to effectively work with peers and senior leaders, particularly in Operations and IT.

Skilled at leading cross-functional teams effectively and can influence senior executives that results in significant improvements in business performance.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
-
15 overall years of experience with 8 years in mgmt.

A leader with demonstrated capability of developing effective operating models working with various customers across supply chain and partners within IT and across the enterprise

Experience in successfully aligning teams to a common business process and application adoption.

Key skills required include excellent interpersonal skills, ability to influence at all levels of the organization, both business process and technical acumen with a systems analysis min-set.

Ideal candidate will have experience in quality management systems and reverse logistics and repair operations system solutions and process re-engineering.

Strong influencing skills and ability to build lasting relationships across multiple layers in the organization.

Experience with SAP suite is required and previous experience managing a migration from ECC to S4 is preferred.

Experience in both running and transforming supply chain operations business including understanding of E2E processes for chips, PCBA, and systems assembly manufacturing.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 288,000 USD - 437,000 USD.
You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
