At NVIDIA, we are pioneers in innovation, transforming computer graphics, PC gaming, and accelerated computing for over 25 years. Our team is driven by powerful technology and outstanding people who expand the limits of what’s achievable. Now, we are unlocking the potential of AI to usher in the next era of computing. As part of our Networking division, you will lead a senior software engineering team passionate about developing post-silicon power and performance infrastructure and tools. This is your chance to create a significant impact on the world!

What you'll be doing:

  • Supervise and coordinate a senior software engineering team responsible for constructing post-silicon power and performance infrastructure and automation tools.

  • Define the architecture and roadmap for scalable characterization and stress frameworks used in production and validation environments.

  • Deliver tools that enable power, transient, and functional stress at both silicon and system levels.

  • Drive automation, CI, and infrastructure guidelines to support regression, data collection, analytics, and reproducibility.

  • Partner with architecture, hardware, firmware, performance, and production teams to translate silicon requirements into robust software solutions.

  • Ensure high software quality, maintainability, and documentation aligned with NVIDIA engineering standards.

  • Support silicon bring-up, characterization and high-volume manufacturing readiness.

What we need to see:

  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

  • 6+ overall years of experience in software engineering, with 2+ years in a technical leadership or management role.

  • Strong background in building infrastructure, tools, or automation for silicon validation, post-silicon, or production environments.

  • Experience with low-level or system software interacting with hardware (C/C++, Python, scripting, or similar).

  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional technical initiatives end-to-end.

  • Excellent communication skills and a track record of driving execution in fast-paced environments.

Ways to stand out of the crowd:

  • Managing role in similar oriented teams

  • Proven background in production testing or silicon validation
