As part of our Networking division, you will lead a senior software engineering team passionate about developing post-silicon power and performance infrastructure and tools. What you'll be doing:

Supervise and coordinate a senior software engineering team responsible for constructing post-silicon power and performance infrastructure and automation tools.

Define the architecture and roadmap for scalable characterization and stress frameworks used in production and validation environments.
-
Deliver tools that enable power, transient, and functional stress at both silicon and system levels.
-
Drive automation, CI, and infrastructure guidelines to support regression, data collection, analytics, and reproducibility.
-
Partner with architecture, hardware, firmware, performance, and production teams to translate silicon requirements into robust software solutions.
-
Ensure high software quality, maintainability, and documentation aligned with NVIDIA engineering standards.

Support silicon bring-up, characterization and high-volume manufacturing readiness.
What we need to see:
-
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
-
6+ overall years of experience in software engineering, with 2+ years in a technical leadership or management role.
-
Strong background in building infrastructure, tools, or automation for silicon validation, post-silicon, or production environments.
-
Experience with low-level or system software interacting with hardware (C/C++, Python, scripting, or similar).
-
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional technical initiatives end-to-end.

Excellent communication skills and a track record of driving execution in fast-paced environments.
