What you'll be doing:
-
Partner with our researchers to develop and evaluate prototypes of our latest models for segmentation, video understanding, tracking, 3d reconstruction, and more.

Fine-tuning, quantizing, and deploying machine learning models for production.
-
Crafting tools for data handling, training, and model deployment at scale.
-
Optimizing the training and evaluation processes for maximum efficiency.
-
Collaborating in a large and dynamic codebase using modern data and ML languages.
-
Closely collaborating with research, model development, performance, and product teams.
-
Contributing to NVIDIA Nu Rec and other core NVIDIA products and libraries.
What we need to see:
-
MS or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field with a focus on computer graphics, computer vision, or machine learning.
-
Current with the latest research such as VGGT, Depth AnythingV3, SAM, CLIP, and LLAMA
-
Hands-on technical knowledge in training and optimizing models.
-
Record of projects developed in Python and Pytorch.
-
Strong software engineering fundamentals, including source control, testing/validation, and containerization.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, product- and research-focused team.
Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd:

Strong coding architecture skills demonstrated through contributions to large internal or open-source projects.

Experience with performance analysis and optimization, particularly for GPU-accelerated workloads.

Experience with advanced CUDA development and optimization for graphics or vision applications.

A history of multidisciplinary creativity and innovation, such as experience with hardware and software projects in graphics or robotics.

Experience in robotic systems such as autonomous vehicles or humanoid robotics.
