We are seeking an exceptional Senior Financial Analyst to join our Information Technology FP&A team at the Santa Clara campus. The role requires high-level of analytical proficiency, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills. As an integral member of the Finance team, our organization’s overarching responsibilities are to provide both insightful and relevant financial and business analysis, enabling effective decision-making and improving our financial performance. We are looking for a candidate with strong financial modeling abilities leveraging AI and automation and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll be doing:

Lead FP&A for the Enterprise Software and Applications portfolio, managing forecasts, budgets, and investment analysis.

Own monthly and quarterly close activities, financial reporting, and variance analysis.

Analyze key business metrics and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
-
Use AI and advanced analytics tools (e.g., Claude, Databricks, Alteryx) to create reliable financial models and improve forecast accuracy.

Transition traditional manual reporting into automated, scalable real-time dashboards using Power BI and SQL.

Partner closely with the IT and business leaders on investment planning and systematically track the financial impact of key technology initiatives.
What we need to see:
-
Recent graduate with a MBA degree from an accredited university with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Science, or relevant area
-
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and experience working with large datasets
-
Proven ability to leverage Advanced excel, Python and SQL to transform manual data processes into automated workflows, using Power BI to deliver real-time, actionable insights
-
An ability to balance being working in the weeds as well as seeing the big picture.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build relationships and collaborate with individuals at all levels of an organization.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:

Experience in the Semiconductor industry or Corporate FP&A.

Strong drive and practical experience to deploy AI and fully integrated solutions to analyze financial trends

Self-starter and problem solver, comfortable dealing with complexity, ambiguity, changes, and tight deadlines.

Demonstration of high level analytical and financial modeling skills, with a proven track record of driving process and system improvements.
Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 104,000 USD - 166,750 USD for Level 3, and 128,000 USD - 201,250 USD for Level 4.
You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
