We are seeking a Principal, Supply Chain Sourcing Strategy & Analytics to lead sourcing strategy for critical technologies such as Memory and Storage, build analytical tools that enable faster, smarter decision-making, and develop robust market intelligence assessments. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, market research, and spend analytics—shaping multi-year sourcing strategies informed by market dynamics, translating complex data into clear insights, and guiding executive decisions on supplier selection, commercial structures, and risk management. In this role, you will partner cross-functionally with Research Analysts, Operations, Finance, and Business Unit leadership to drive meaningful improvements across cost, capacity and risk. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of infrastructure, operations, and business strategy, supporting NVIDIA’s critical infrastructure needs.
What you'll be doing:
-
Build and sustain a robust market intelligence capability across assigned Memory and Storage, including capacity trends, technology roadmaps, cost drivers, lead times, supplier financial health, competitive dynamics, and geopolitical risk.
-
Develop and maintain detailed cost driver breakdowns to support negotiations and capital and sourcing decisions.
-
Monitor relevant indices and market signals, where applicable, and translate insights into pricing strategies and contract structures.
-
Build and operationalize a robust spend analytics capability.
-
Partner with Finance and Operations to build forecast-to-commit analytics and drive tighter linkages between sourcing strategy and capacity plans.
-
Collaborate in the development of multi-year sourcing strategies aligned with product roadmaps, volume ramps, and technology transitions, while defining the supplier ecosystem approach (multi-sourcing strategies, qualification plans, and risk mitigation).
-
Provide analytical support for total cost of ownership (TCO) assessments to inform sourcing and investment decisions.
-
Partner with sourcing leaders on complex commercial agreements, including long-term agreements (LTAs), capacity reservations, pricing frameworks, risk-sharing models, lead-time and allocation terms, and supply assurance provisions.
What we need to see:
-
Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in related field, or equivalent experience.
-
12 years of procurement strategy and business analytics development and execution experience in technology sector or in management consulting firms.
-
Experienced driving business transformation, data and analytics and technology sourcing a plus.
-
Experience developing and using key performance indicators to drive operational behavior and executive decision-making
-
Ability to be hands-on and communicate concisely and expertly with executives
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
-
Reporting Tool experience like Tableau, Power BI, etc.
-
A proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment where strong organizational skills are essential.
-
