We are now looking for an outstanding Sales Operations Analyst based out of our Santa Clara, CA office, to work with NVIDIA's valuable Enterprise partners.
What you’ll be doing:

Lead the indirect rebate program for North America and Latin America (NALA), ensuring programs are completed accurately and on time.

Build and manage rebate offer letters in Salesforce on a quarterly basis, and track acceptance and claims to closure.

Maintain and update rebate program documentation, incorporating ongoing amendments and policy changes.

Serve as the primary point of contact between NVIDIA and partners for all indirect rebate-related questions and issues.

Provide onboarding, process training, and ongoing operational support to partners.
-
Perform forecast accuracy analysis to support business decisions and improve predictability.
-
Own partner analytics and operations for our top 5 partners, identifying insights and opportunities to drive scale.

Deliver on-demand data analytics to the NALA Enterprise sales team.

Support the NALA Sales team with ad hoc operational tasks and projects as needed.
What we need to see:
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
-
5+ years of experience.
-
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
-
Experience in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service in an operations capacity, ideally in the Enterprise space and preferably within a leading high-tech company.

BS degree

Strong Excel skills; Experience with Salesforce and Business Intelligence tools like PowerBI are critical

Keen attention to detail!

Excellent organizational skills, with a logical approach to problem solving, strong time management, and effective task prioritization.

Ability to integrate AI tools to improve speed and accuracy expected
Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 92,000 USD - 143,750 USD for Level 3, and 128,000 USD - 195,500 USD for Level 4.
You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
