About the role
As part of the Insights pillar focusing on Workforce Management, you will gather and analyze headcount trends, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This includes developing forecasting models, evaluating workforce capacity and utilization, talent mix recommended for the team (eng, PM, BA). You will support with clear data visualizations and reports for HRBPs and senior management, facilitating collaboration with Talent Acquisition, Finance, and other stakeholders.

In this role you will:-Track and Report Metrics: Generate detailed reports and dashboards to track HC metrics, providing insights for decision-making.

  • Manage HC Cap/Budgets: Monitor and manage headcount budgets, ensuring alignment with financial goals and operational needs.

  • Drive Continuous Improvement in HC management: Identify opportunities for process improvements in workforce planning and headcount management practices.

  • Analyze Workforce Data: Evaluate current workforce demographics, skills, and performance to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.

  • Support Talent Acquisition: Assist in talent acquisition planning to ensure accurate data management and serve as a liaison between Talent Acquisition, HRBPs, and the business to facilitate effective communication and alignment on hiring needs and strategies.

  • Support Corporate Planning and FP&A teams: Assist and support them on capacity planning and analyses to ensure that we are using resources in the right way.

  • What we’re looking for

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools. Expertise in querying and manipulating large datasets is crucial. The candidate should be comfortable using Big Query to extract and analyze data.

  • Cost accounting and resource allocation. Solid understanding of fixed vs. variable costs, cost center allocation, and margin analysis. Helps assess operational efficiency and support headcount and investment decisions.

  • Structured problem-solving in ambiguity

  • Capable of conducting sound analysis even with incomplete or uncertain data, using hypotheses, simulations, and scenario planning to support decisions.

  • Prioritization based on impact. Ability to focus on what matters most by evaluating the value and trade-offs of different analytical efforts or workforce scenarios.

  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies

  • Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

  • Careful attention to detail in managing data and documentation to ensure accuracy.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with the HRBP team and COEs from P&C, FP&A, Panton Bet, Corporate Planning, and other relevant stakeholders.
