About Us:

Notion helps you build beautiful tools for your life's work. In today's world of endless apps and tabs, Notion provides one place for teams to get everything done, seamlessly connecting docs, notes, projects, calendar, and email—with AI built in to find answers and automate work. Millions of users, from individuals to large organizations like Toyota, Figma, and OpenAI, love Notion for its flexibility and choose it because it helps them save time and money.

In-person collaboration is essential to Notion's culture. We require all team members to work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, our designated Anchor Days. Certain teams or positions may require additional in-office workdays.

About The Role:

We're looking to hire our first Talent Sourcer to build top of funnel headcount growth and talent strategy across our Go-To-Market organization. In this role you will partner with GTM leadership to fill critical Sales, Customer Success and Marketing roles across APAC markets.

What You'll Do:

  • You'll manage the sourcing process from inception through successful close, ensuring candidate and hiring manager experience are exceptional throughout every step of the way

  • You'll conduct initial qualification screenings and casual chats with candidates to assess fit and build relationships

  • You'll advance our Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility (I.D.E.A) strategy, working towards building more diverse and inclusive teams

  • You'll be a strategic advisor and talent sourcing expert leading successful searches across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing

  • You'll collaborate with the broader team on process improvements, programs, and strategic initiatives

  • You'll make informed data-driven decisions that build efficiencies into the sourcing process

  • You'll find creative and unconventional ways to help us build a diverse top of funnel for GTM roles across all levels

  • You'll help build and manage partnerships to bring more underrepresented talent to Notion

What You'll Achieve:

  • Manage sourcing for multiple complex and evergreen searches, creating innovative strategies and engagement to bring the best and most diverse talent to Notion

  • Help develop and execute comprehensive souring plans, analyzing requirements to determine target profile needs and matches

  • Partner closely with with other members of the Recruiting team to ensure we hit our hiring targets without sacrificing quality

  • Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure we meet their hiring needs and goals

  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross functional stakeholders

Skills and Toolset You'll Need to Bring:

  • At least 2 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, whether in-house or agency, or relevant transferable skills from related fields

  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools, with skills in Boolean and X-ray searches (or eagerness to learn these tools)

  • Persistence, consistency, and attention to detail- if we hire one person out of 200 candidates, you'd ensure the other 199 have a great experience. You care deeply about your craft

  • Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills- you are self-motivated and committed to excellence

  • You are kind, warm, and thoughtful- you'll represent the company when you interact with thousands of candidates each year

  • You're ready to contribute across the full scope of recruiting operations, whether it's maintaining our ATS databases, finding new ways to source candidates, organizing interviews, analyzing data to improve our recruitment efficiency, or managing sourcing channels

  • Fluent Japanese and business English skills

  • You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.

We hire talented and passionate people from a variety of backgrounds because we want our global employee base to represent the wide diversity of our customers. If you’re excited about a role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with every bullet point listed in the job description, we still encourage you to apply. If you’re a builder at heart, share our company values, and enthusiastic about making software toolmaking ubiquitous, we want to hear from you.
