We are seeking a skilled Share Point Designer Support Specialist to join our IT team. In this role, you will design, develop and support Share Point sites and workflows across Share Point 2019, Share Point Online and Microsoft B2B environments. You will play a central role in improving business processes, supporting user experience and delivering high-quality technical solutions.

You will work closely with stakeholders, the Enterprise IT team and infrastructure colleagues to ensure consistency, governance and system performance. Your work will directly enhance the value of the Share Point platform across programmes and ensure seamless user support.

Role Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and maintain Share Point sites, subsites and workflows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and create customised Share Point solutions.
  • Provide technical support, resolving incidents, service requests and issues in a timely manner.
  • Work with Enterprise IT and Infrastructure teams to align strategy, resolve system issues and maintain governance.
  • Create Share Point pages using Share Point Designer and related tools.
  • Produce clear training materials and deliver user training on Share Point functionality.
  • Manage data migration and site migrations using Share Gate.
  • Support user onboarding, access management and offboarding through internal systems.

Candidate Requirements

Essential

  • Demonstrable experience in Share Point design, development and support.
  • Proficiency with Info Path, Share Point 2019 workflows and Power Platform tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with Share Point Online, Microsoft 365, SaaS and hybrid environments.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred

  • Experience collaborating with IT teams on strategy, structure and governance.
  • Exposure to Microsoft B2B environments.
