What you will get to do:

  • Program Review Authority (PRA): Own accountability for NGINE assigned program scope and the quality-of-service delivery.
  • Backlog Management: Ensure incoming program scope is represented in the NGINE backlog, ensuring clear definition, sizing, and prioritization.
  • Training & Service Delivery Coordination: Track, schedule, and prioritize NGINE  training initiatives and service delivery activities that extend beyond the core NGINE organization.
  • Labor Demand Planning: Forecast and maintain accurate labor demand for current and future scope, driving resource alignment and capacity planning.
  • Process Tailoring & Governance: Review, approve, and enforce any NGINE process tailoring required for specific programs; ensure consistent adherence to NGINE standards across all work streams.
  • Cross Functional Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for coordination with the broader Northrop Grumman (NG) business and with other functional organizations to guarantee seamless execution of program scope and service delivery.

As a full-time employee of Northrop Grumman Defense Systems, you are eligible for our robust benefits package including:
