  • Oversee project budgets, resource allocation and financial reporting.

  • Provide clear, accurate portfolio reporting to senior leaders and stakeholders.

  • Build strong relationships across technical teams, business units and global service lines.
    What We're Looking For
    Essential

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business or similar, or extensive equivalent experience.

  • Proven experience leading full lifecycle IT projects (infrastructure, SaaS or software delivery).

  • Strong knowledge of frameworks such as PMI, APM, Prince2, MSP or ITIL.

  • Ability to explain complex technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.

  • Experience leading diverse or matrixed teams in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong judgement, decision-making and risk management skills.

  • Experience coaching, developing and motivating teams.
    Preferred

  • Experience in manufacturing, engineering, development or production environments.

  • Consulting experience or delivery of customer-facing projects.

  • Comfortable making recommendations with organisation-wide impact.
If you don't meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply. Curiosity, capability and a willingness to grow matter to us.
    Security Clearance
Due to the nature of our work, you must be a UK national.
You must be able to gain and maintain SC (Security Check) clearance.
