Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a *CAD/CAM Engineering Manager 2. * This position will be located in *Roy, UT, Colorado Springs, CO, Huntsville, AL, Manhattan Beach, CA, or San Antonio, TX *and will support the Sentinel program.

The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.You'll Bring These Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree and 8 years of related experience; master's degree and 6 years' experience or an additional 4 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.* Must have U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain an interim Secret Security level clearance pre-start, with the ability to obtain a final Secret Security level clearance post-start.* Experience maintaining part libraries or modeling component parts in a CAD tools/ product lifecycle management systems* Experience using NX, Teamcenter, Xpedition, Siemens Capital, or equivalent CAD/PLM tool suites* Experience working with ASME, IPC or other industry standards and specifications* Experience in military/space equipment design or manufacturing* Experience working with military or industry component part specifications or standardsThese Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:** Minimum 1 year experience leading a project and/or driving performance against schedule• Special Program Access* Experience interpreting and ensuring design compliance to industry and/or military standards and specifications for parts and materials* Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Material Science or other degree in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math* 6 months experience modeling component parts in NX* Thorough understanding of hardware development, design assemblies, mechanical equipment design, electromechanical equipment design* Background and understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)* Experience with Siemens Capital, Teamcenter, or Xpedition* An Active, In-Scope DOD Secret Security Clearance or higher that has been granted / renewed within the past 6 years* Working knowledge of military and industry standards for mechanical or electromechanical parts and assemblies* Familiar with technical drawings and engineering data for mechanical or electromechanical parts and assemblies* Experience and familiarity with life cycle management* Familiar with supply chain management as it relates to parts management and obtaining technical specifications on components* Experience in parts, materials and processes management in design or manufacturing of military/space systems* ICBM experience* 2 years experience in a people leadership role, or 4 years experience as a technical lead* Working knowledge of Share Point, JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft teams* Experience in project management including microsoft project and visio* Experience writing and defending technical position papers* Experience working with chief engineers and Integrated Product Teams* Experience working in Agile and digital design environments* Demonstrated ability to delegate tasks, and mentor junior engineers* Experience reviewing technical drawings and engineering data for component parts* Experience working with subcontractors* Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to interface with all levels of employees and management Ability to function in a dynamic and collaborative environment, and be flexible to changing direction Primary Level Salary Range: $126,600.00 - $219,800.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
