Northrop Grumman is currently seeking a Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst (Level 2). The Allegany Ballistics Laboratory (ABL) site in Rocket Center designs, develops and manufactures tactical rocket motors, medium caliber ammunition, composite components and end items, and fuse and electronics equipment. For decades, the dedicated and highly skilled team at ABL have supported national security efforts by developing and building defense systems for DoD customers and U.S. allies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Estimate at Completion in support of Corporate requirements
• Prepare monthly forecasts for revenue and cash
• Manage the day-to-day financial requirements for multiple projects
• Work with program team and support required program meetings
• Assist Financial Shared Services (FSS) with invoicing
• Maintain project detail with Deltek/Costpoint
• Support Customer required reporting requirements

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 6 years of related experience, Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of related experience
• OR - a Master's degree with 0+ years of related experience
• Experience with detailed financial data and providing variances analysis
• Proficiency in the following competencies: Manages Complexity, Action Oriented, Communicates Effectively, Plans and Aligns, Situational Adaptability
• Must be a US citizen
• Must be able to work onsite in Rocket Center, WV

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with degree in Business Administration or Accounting highly preferred
• Microsoft Office Suite; Advanced Excel skills highly preferred
• Deltek or Costpoint experience
• Analytical Skills
• Presentation skills
• Organizational/Time Management skills and ability to multi-task
• Self-motivated and works well in team environment
• Experience with Earned Value Management System reporting

Compensation and Benefits

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
