Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a Principal Industrial Security Analyst to support multiple programs under our Mission Systems business area as it relates to all applicable classified federal, contractual, customer and company requirements.
Responsibilities
- Support a fast-paced, high profile program
- Create, maintain and leverage working relationships with internal and external customers
- Develop and administer security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment
- Study and implement federal security regulations that apply to company operations
- Obtain rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies
- Prepare manuals outlining regulations and establish procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records
- Grant personnel and visitor's access to restricted records and materials
- Conduct security education classes and related briefings
- Investigate security violations and prepare reports specifying preventive action to be taken
Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5+ years of Industrial Security experience, OR MS Degree and 3+ years of Industrial Security experience. An additional four years of applicable work experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
- Current Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain/maintain Top Secret
- US Citizenship required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience with DISS and SIMS
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, TEAMs)
- Working knowledge of DoD 5205.07 SAP Manuals volumes 1-4, ICD 705, ICD 704, and/or NISPOM applicable sponsor procedures
- Experience in program security with knowledge of implementing a multi-disciplined security program (access control, personnel security, physical security, OPSEC etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
- Active Top Secret clearance
- CDSE Industrial Security Training
- FSO for Possessing Facilities, Intro to SAP, SAP Compliance, SAP Mid-Level, etc.
- Industrial Security Professional Certifications
- SPeD SFPC, NCMS ISP, etc.
- Experience with customer networks to include CV2, CORE, JADE, etc.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and follow projects through to completion
- Ability to maintain flexibility to deal with changing priorities and deadlines
- Strong working knowledge of basic office automation tool suites such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- OPSEC program experience
- Self-starter with minimal supervision
- Willing to work extended hours in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Classification review experience
- Computer and desktop office software products experience
Compensation
Primary Level Salary Range: $91,200.00 - $136,800.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
