Northrop Grumman is seeking Business Management Analysts for an internship opportunity. This position will be located at our Mission Systems Sector in San Diego, CA.
Assignment could be in one of the following Business Management roles: Program Control Analyst (PCA), Contracts Analyst, Pricing Analyst, Rates Analyst, Budget Analyst, Financial Planning Analyst, Accounting Analyst, Scheduling Analyst, or an Analyst in a Controller support department.

Basic Qualifications:

A candidate must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must:

• Be a student who is enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university and will be enrolled full time in Fall of 2025.
• Be majoring in or having majored in a Business Degree (Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, Economics) or a business adjacent degree (Legal Studies, Mathematics, Statistics, Risk management, Global Supply Chain etc.)
• Be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for at least 10 weeks during summer 2026.
• Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)
• The ability to obtain Special Access Program within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs

Preferred Qualifications:

• Have prior Business relevant internship or work experience
• Have existing active U.S. Government security clearance

Intern Pay Range:

• Undergraduate Degrees (Including graduating students planning on attending/enrolled in a full-time Master's program): $23.00 to $29.00 per hour

• Master's: $33.50 to $36.25 per hour

Primary Level Salary Range: $23.00 - $35.25The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
