The Opportunity

This is more than just a job; it's a mission.

As a Senior Cloud Solutions Engineer, you will play a key role within our Infrastructure Team, supporting customers on their journey to refactor, replatform and rehost mission-critical systems into AWS. You will enable transformation through Infrastructure as Code and Dev Sec Ops practices, improving system reliability, reducing cost and enhancing agility.

You'll work with a wide range of technologies and environments, supporting national security missions and contributing to cutting-edge cloud engineering at scale.

Role Responsibilities

  • Design, build and maintain AWS and hybrid-cloud systems.
  • Administer Linux and Windows-based environments.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot IP networking across cloud and hybrid systems.
  • Automate deployment, operation and maintenance tasks using Infrastructure as Code and configuration management tools.
  • Continuously expand your own skills, maintaining and enhancing relevant certifications.

Candidate Requirements

Essential

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent relevant experience.
  • AWS certification at Practitioner or Associate level, with experience designing and deploying cloud solutions.
  • Experience administering Linux and Windows operating systems in large corporate environments.
  • Strong understanding of IPv4 networking, including subnetting and routing.
  • Experience automating tasks using Ansible, Bash, PowerShell, Puppet or Python.

Preferred

  • Experience working across high-classification systems or in national security environments.
  • Exposure to Dev Sec Ops practices and Infrastructure as Code tooling.
