Job Profile Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Specialist for Outsourcing Arrangements to join our organisation. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing, overseeing, and optimising the company’s outsourcing activities, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and strategic requirements. This position is ideal for professionals with a deep understanding of vendor management, contract negotiation, risk assessment, and process improvement within the context of outsourcing.

Job Description Responsible for managing multiple projects or work streams. The business analyst function plays a key role during the onset of a project or program by helping define scope and create requirements working closely with business partners to understand and translate needs. This role serves as a contract for it during the design, development, and testing phase. Functional expertise is required

Major Duties :1. Seasoned multi-disciplinary expert with extensive technical and / or business knowledge and functional expertise
2. Focus of role is on execution of strategic direction of business function activities

1. Carries out complex initiatives involving multiple disciplines and/or ambiguous issues

2. Displays a balanced, cross-functional perspective, liaising with the business to improve efficiency, effectiveness and productivity

Knowledge :

• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required

• In-depth Functional / Industry Knowledge is required

• Highly flexible and adaptable to change

• Leadership and organizational skills are required to determine the Business Unit's goals, resources needed, and to assess and develop the skills of staff.

Experience :Seasoned expert with extensive technical and business knowledge and functional expertise that has been developed over 15+ years and/or equivalent experience.

Eligibility for Internal partners:

5 years as an M3 or P3
