We’re hiring Operations Managers at Nordstrom Fulfillment Center and are hosting an on‑site hiring event focused primarily on B Shift leadership roles. This posting supports multiple openings and future hiring needs.

Hiring Event Details

• Date: Wednesday, March 18
• Time: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
• Location: 7700 18th St SW Cedar Rapids IA 52404.
• Available schedules:B Shift: Tuesday-Friday, 4:00PM-2:00AM

C Shift: Saturday-Monday 6:00am-6:00PM

About the Role

Operations Managers lead teams in a fast‑paced distribution environment and are accountable for safety, performance, and people leadership.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and developing supervisors and hourly associates
• Driving productivity, quality, and safety results
• Managing daily operations using data and KPIs
• Partnering cross‑functionally to meet business goals

What We’re Looking For

• Prior leadership experience in operations, warehouse, manufacturing, or supply chain environments
• Experience leading teams in a metrics‑driven setting
• Ability to support B Shift operations
• Strong communication and decision‑making skills

Pay Range Details

The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different for other locations.
Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

$59,000.00 - $98,000.00 Annual

This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more.
