Implement and maintain security controls including RBAC policies, authentication mechanisms, and network policies
-
Monitor cluster health and performance using observability tools, responding to alerts and identifying optimization opportunities
-
Contribute to documentation, runbooks, and team knowledge sharing
-
Collaborate with application teams to support their infrastructure needs and resolve deployment issues
-
Participate in on-call rotation to ensure platform reliability and availability
A Day in the life of...

Foundational understanding of Linux systems and command-line tools
-
Exposure to at least one programming or scripting language (Python, Go, Bash, etc.)
-
Familiarity with version control systems (Git)

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug technical issues systematically
-
Excellent communication skills and willingness to ask questions and learn from others
-
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred
-
Experience with Docker or container technologies
-
Exposure to Kubernetes concepts (pods, deployments, services)
-
Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
-
Understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
-
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
-
Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic)
-
Understanding of authentication and authorization concepts (OAuth, OIDC, RBAC)
-
Previous internship or project experience working with distributed systems
-
Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing)
We value curiosity, ownership, and a growth mindset. If you're passionate about infrastructure and eager to develop your skills in a production environment, we'd love to hear from you.
