This position is located at our downtown Seattle headquarters. Our hybrid employees are required to be in-office on four days a week.

The ideal Merchandise Analyst is analytical, demonstrates reliability, results-oriented and views the business through the lens of the customer. This role is a part of our merchandising buying and planning organization and plays an integral role in supporting customers.

A day in the life…

• Develop an understanding of the needs, wants and expectations of the customer and understand the differences in how they shop by channel.

• Complete category, supplier, or class specific analysis for buying office.

• Complete buying office owned item attributes for item setup.

• Execute order writing, RTVs, reorders and take any other appropriate actions to help the business manage the complex needs of inventory, OTB, and pricing strategies.

• Communicate clearly and timely with suppliers and cross-functional partners.

• Manage and maintain drop ship feeds, inclusive of monitoring live dates, shifts, and supplier communication.

• Monitor on hand inventory levels for upcoming features and events and communicate any identified concerns.

**You own this if you have…  **

• Bachelor's degree in Merchandising or related field.

• 1+ years of retail/fashion merchandising experience.

• 1+ years of data analysis experience, ideally understanding the story that the data is telling.

• Strong business acumen and decision-making skills.

• Effective communication skills when collaborating with cross-function business partners.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (primarily Excel navigation, formulas, and pivot tables).

Relocation assistance is provided for this role. If not currently located in the Seattle area, willingness to relocate to Seattle within60 days of an offer.

Pay Range Details

The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different for other locations.
Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Washington: $60,500 - 94,000 Annually

This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more.
